Delivery infrastructure is arriving too, adapted to coastal life: a secure parcel locker near the entry gate for supplies ordered ahead of a stay, and in newer builds a small paved landing pad tucked beside the carport for drone-delivered groceries or takeaway, positioned clear of wind-exposed decking. Across all forty-four homes, the underlying idea is the same — a beach house built to be resilient, efficient and easy to manage from a distance, whether that distance is a city apartment or the next town along the coast.
